Matcha Dive is a brand that embraces life, change, and transformation with a playful, hardworking spirit and a grin. As your neighborhood matcha dealer, they aim to offer more than a cup of tea—delivering a drink that enhances life and celebrates the uncanny.

To bring their story to life, Matcha Dive partnered with Cartel to design packaging and produce their go-to-market campaign photoshoot. The visuals cleverly reimagined a matcha dealer’s interactions with customers, playfully nodding to the archetype of a drug dealer, while reflecting the brand’s eccentric, nostalgic, and spirited tone.
